All bookings made with Be Spiritual TN involve coordination with temples, guides, accommodation providers, transport partners, and other third-party service providers. Because of this, refunds are processed based on each service partner’s rules and the stage at which a cancellation request is received. We aim to assist you as much as possible, but certain charges may be non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Customer
If you choose to cancel your booking, you must inform us by email at info@bespiritualtn.com. Refund eligibility depends on factors such as the type of package, dates, and arrangements already confirmed. In most cases, cancellations after itinerary confirmation may include deductions for administrative fees, partner charges, and reservations already paid for. Cancellations made very close to the travel date may not qualify for any refund due to fixed booking commitments.
Cancellation by Be Spiritual TN
In rare cases where Be Spiritual TN cancels a tour or experience due to operational reasons, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative date or itinerary. If third-party services have already been paid for, refunds will follow those partners’ policies. You will always be informed promptly.
No-Show and Late Arrival
If a customer fails to arrive on the scheduled date or time, or misses the departure due to personal delays, no refund will be issued. This also applies when customers join late and miss parts of the itinerary that cannot be rescheduled.
Non-Refundable Components
Certain components such as temple special entry fees, last-minute accommodations, transport reservations, and customized spiritual services are strictly non-refundable once booked. These are governed by third-party rules which we cannot override.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds, when approved, will be initiated to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and partner providers. Generally, refunds may take between seven to fourteen working days to reflect in your account. We will notify you once a refund has been processed from our end.
Rescheduling Requests
If you wish to change your travel date instead of cancelling, we will try to accommodate your request. Approval depends on availability and partner policies. Date changes may involve additional charges, and non-refundable components will still apply.
